Channel 8 (CH8 - Abstract Musica) is a new innovative international music channel that focuses on experimental electronic music and sound visualisation. This channel is unique in its field and promotes contemporary creators who experiment with sound production combined with visual graphics. This channel broadcasts on television, the internet, and radio, and it has a modern and functional smartphone app.
The aim of this project was to create the motion graphic identity for CH8, which will be showcased on television and across all available media platforms, including social media and websites. My task was to use sound, imagery, typography, and motion to create this identity. My design approach will align with CH8's innovative, contemporary, and alternative philosophy.
Solid shapes and vibrant colours are used to underline the interesting contrast between them and the experimental sound tracks.
